MATE + Moose Trade-In Partnership

Moose, UK’s largest refurbished electric bike retailer, has partnered up with MATE, the most fashionable and cool e-bike company. Together they set out to create a new, straightforward, sustainable solution for upgrading to a new electric bike.

The trade-in program allows customers complete flexibility to trade their e-bike without being limited to any brand or model. MATE + Moose's solution will enable customers to upgrade to a new MATE without the need to stop riding. Customers can use their current e-bike as part of the payment. Ride into a MATE store to receive a valuation. Once the valuation is accepted, you can hang out of the shop with a new MATE, having left your old e-bike in the store.

Moose either sustainably recycles or refurbishes your old e-bike. With refurbished e-bikes, Moose uses new parts where needed and lists the bike for sale on its online store, fully backed with a warranty. This puts affordable e-bikes that are thoroughly checked and safe to ride back into the market, unlike many used e-bikes on popular marketplaces.

Trade-ins have been a massive part of the automotive industry for years, and it's time to bring this offering to customers in the bike sector.
