We’re sure you’ll love your new scooter, but if you have a change of heart, no worries. Simply do so within 14 days and you’re guaranteed to get your money back! We are the only place that lets you unbox your scooter and ride it (up to 5km) to see how you get on with it, with the total peace of mind that you can return it if it does not suit you. Please note, if more than 5km has been ridden then you will be eligible for a partial refund of 85% of the scooters value. A postage fee of £18 will be deducted from the refund amount.

We promise to buyback your e-scooter at any point, meaning upgrading to a new model has never been easier! That’s right, every scooter sold on Moose is eligible for a trade in as part of our Buyback Promise.
