The Shimano Sora RD-R3000 is available in either SS (Short cage) or GS (Medium cage), the SS option is suitable for use with cassette sizes with a maximum lowest sprocket of between 25T & 32T while the GS version is designed for a wider gear range and is recommended for use with cassette sizes with a maximum lowest sprocket of between 28T & 34T which will cover most bikes.
