Replace your chainrings if the teeth are worn or bent. Sitting on the crank arms, chainrings take all the power you generate through pedalling and feed it through the drivetrain. For mountain biking, we stock all the common types, including 4-arm chainrings, 104 BCD chainrings, 5-arm compact chainrings and from gear supremos Shimano and specialists Truvativ chainrings and FSA chainrings. While three MTB chainrings have been the norm for many years, some systems now use just two, paired with ten-speed cassettes – like road set-ups.
