The chain is made of hardened triple heat-treated boron manganese steel of the highest quality and boasts 10mm six-sided links, which are incredibly strong and durable. The chain's innovative design features a new patent-pending integrated Evolution series 4 lock head, which is specifically designed to make the lock more tamper-resistant and challenging to pick. The chain has a patent-pending pin-less design that integrates the chain to a hardened deadbolt, providing a high level of security and making it virtually impossible to break.

The Kryptonite Evolution Series 4 1055 Integrated Chain Lock has a nylon-webbing sleeve that covers the chains, providing protection against any scratches that may damage the bike's paintwork.
