High quality 9-Speed Shimano HG50 road cassette features cut away and drilled sprockets to reduce weight without reducing rigidity. This cassette is ideally suited to Shimano's Tiagra and Sora road groupsets.

Designed for Super Narrow 9-speed HG chains, the Hyperglide sprockets have a computer designed tooth configuration with contoured shift gates, resulting in a crisp smooth shift even under load.

The nickel plated finish provides a hard wearing resistance to corrosion and the HG50 cassette also includes a corrosion resistant steel lockring.
